This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is actually as seen in the photo believe it or not, this is usually not the case with other suppliers. Even though the hair has an element of Yaki, it is soooo soft, silky and tangle free. I love it and I am going to order another bundle now.
