Q: How many bundles do I need to make a full head?

A: For the short hair, it may need 2-3 bundles; And for the long hair, it may need 3-4 bundles. If you are not sure how many bundles for your full head, please feel free to contact us.

Q: How to measure your wig?

A: The length of WIGGINS HAIR is measured from the back side of head to the bottom, and the length of our wig is real sufficient. Curly hair needs to be stretch to straight to measure the length. More detail pls view the description of wigs.

Q: Will this hair hold curls well?

A: Yes! Our hair can hold curls beautifully! We have some tips below:

1. Find correct temperature for hair curling.We will suggest you raise the temperayure little by little to test it out.

2. Time control is very important,we will suggest let the wand/curly sits on the hair around 8~10 seconds with proper temperature.

3. Appply some hair speay will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day.

Q: How to wash Virgin Hair Wigs?

A:  If you wear your wig every day, wash it once a week; Otherwise, wash it once every eight to ten uses.

1. Comb the hair ensure there is no tangles. Turn the wig insidecap outside.

2. Put the wig into 35-40* water, add shampoo into the water. Stir it evenly.

3. Gently press over hair for 10-15 minutes until it is clean. Don't rub with hands.

4. Rinse shampoo thoroughly and pull conditioner into water. Stir it evenly.

5. Leave hair wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.

6. Rinse conditioner thoroughly and use a towel to absorb the water.

7. Turn the wig insidecap back, For straight wig, choose one wide-toothed comb.

8. For wavy wig, hold the cap by hand, shake it 5-6 times, run with fingers smooth gently.

9. Put the wig onto a wig standing and let it air dry.

10. Don’t make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time.  

Note: Never use product that contain sulphur.

Q: Can I Color My Wiggins Hair ?

A: Yes, all wiggins hair collections can be colored. However, we strongly advise that you seek a professional colorist to obtain optimal results and prevent over processing.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: We accept two payment methods online, one is credit card, both visa card and master credit card are allowed. The other one is PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal login page straightforward. We can also accpet WesternUnion or Bank transfer if you havent a credit card, please contact us for the payment information after you decide your order.

Q: Can I pay through Paypal with my credit card?

A: Yes, you can choose the paypal option and you will be asked to fill in your credit card information to fulfill the transaction.

Q: I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website.

A: As an online business we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to trends, stock and demand from customers. It's our general view not to refund the difference.

Q: How long do you take to despatch an order?

A: Generally, we will despatch your order within 24 hours after you payment. And also we will use the most fast express company in China for your order. After we sent your order, in most case, you need about 3-5 working days to receive it, so it is very fast. However, some customized hair may need to wait for 2 or 3 days, you can contact our customer service to know more detail information.

Q: Do you guarantee delivery time?

A: Because the post office handles your shipment,we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.However,we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.We suggest you to make orders 4 days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping.

Q: Is there any hidden charges to my order?

A: Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product plus shipping(if you choose a paid shipping). Sometimes, because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but its only less than 0.5% of the total price.

Q: What if my order delivery was delayed?

A: We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
