Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Second Time ordering from Celie hair and I loove it! It took about 4 days to get to me, which Isn't bad. Cusomer service was good, they let me know where and when my package was. I had got an 12inch middle part closure to finish my bob!. Once I finish Ill leave feedback of the finish product!

I'm satisfied with the condition especially because of the low price. I haven't wore it yet and that's why I only gave it 4 stars. It feels nice and soft. It didn't come with an odor. After receiving the nice closure I decided to order bundles from this vendor as well!! Once I ran my fingers through it, a few strands of hair shed but it's okay. Communication was fast as well!!

Just received my package today. I ordered it Thursday and order was confirmed and shipped Monday! So I received it in three days! The item is as described and I will be putting in on a wig. Will post pictures soon.
