This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

My second time ordering this hair & it is still the best. Shipping was expedient, I ordered on Thursday & received the hair on the following Monday. The quality is amazing, the hair is so soft & the bundles come very thick. These are 16" bundles & 16" full frontal. After washing the hair prior to installing, the hair had nice volume & maintained its texture. The seller communicated every step of the way & I HIGHLY recommend this hair to all.
