This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

this is my second time ordering this hair, and honestly it’s really soft, nice flow, and no shedding is what i really like about it. it lasted me the first time i bought the hair on august 5th 2017 i gave it to my sister and she just too it on and it’s june of 2018 i highly recommend this hair.

Hair is full to the very ends. Takes heat very well. Seller communicates fast and effectively. Shipping was faster than expected. Hair doesn’t shed and has no chemical smell to it. Love the hair 100%

Shipping was very quick, ordered Friday & received on Tuesday. they’re TRUE to length ,are veryyy soft and thick. this hair is amazing so far. It does have a little smell but its nothing major you can get rid of the smell by washing your hiar. Communication was great I will be ordering again.

It’s been 5 months since I’ve made a unit with this hair. Since then I’ve cut it a few inches only because I wanted a new look. Let me tell you this hair is still as beautiful as the the first day I wore it. I use silicon mix deep conditioner once a month to bring it back to life. It’s still has plenty of movement, no tangling, super thick and shiny.
