Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Came faster than expected, barely any smell. I run my finger through the hair, with no shedding at all, i am very happy, you know i had bought hair from another vedor before, their hair is awfull, i didn't install for once, but the Wiggins hair, i am very happy, that's it.

This is my second time ordering from Rosa, so it's nothing I didn't expect. First time was great, second time was great. Ordered the hair Monday at around 5pm central USA Time...order was shipped out 5 hours later...received the hair on today which is a Thursday..very fast shipping was to be expected..Well packaged. The hair is a 22" so to me, it's pretty thick..(the longer the bundle, the thinner) no bad smell, hair is pretty and Full, and seems to be a good quality, though I won't know for sure until Installment...no initial shedding , I'll leave another review after installing
