Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I ordered on the 5th of July around 1 am Pacific standard time. I received the hair on Friday the 7th. that was lightening fast coming from China to California. I have not use the hair yet so I can't speak to its longevity but so far it's soft, so natural looking and the baby hair is awesome. it has a slight hair smell but not really detectable. the lace is transparent so it would be easy to cover the knots with some makeup. no noticible grid. My stylist loves it and thinks it might be of good quality. Thanks for Mary.

I am very pleased with your product. The quality is very nice and a great price. This product has nice natural looking scallop edges. It is a true 18" length piece, no short hairs throughout. It's 21.5 circumference, a perfect fit for my client. As a cosmetologist I am very particular about the quality I select for my clients, I am very pleased. we will definitely be doing more buisness soon. made my order last Friday and received it today (the following Wednesday). I was surprised that the hair came this fast. The hair does not have any weird smell and I have so far, not experienced any shedding from the bundles or the frontal. I will be installing the hair next week and will come back to give my updated feedback. But so far I can say that the hair is really really pretty and the seller is amazing! Just giving a little feedback until the unit is completed.The hair was as description said it was.360 half unit is very full, minor pre plucked, very great texture, doesn't have a smell, has a defined body wave and is well laced. I am very please with this 360 frontal and will be buying again.after unit is finished I'll post more pic

I waited a while to leave my review because I wanted to construct the wigs first. I love love love this hair. most importantly I love the company. I think they are honest. I paid for my hair with my money so this is not a paid review but a very honest one. hair is very soft, shedding is so minimal (all hair sheds btw). I get maybe 5 strands or so while washing. hold curls well. overall such a good experience, my clients are very happy.. . I would stay a loyal customer. please SLOVE hair keep being honest. thank you Mary.
