Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This hair is awesome!! This was my first time using a frontal, so decided to make it into a wig. It came out pretty good for my first time. The hair is super soft, took color well, the knots on the frontal bleached perfectly and there is minimal shedding (I did cut some wefts). All in all I'd definitely purchase from this company again!

This hair came to me in Oklahoma in 4 days. The hair is very soft. I compared it to my $300 Hair and was shocked at how similar it was. Will definitely buy more hair. I ordered the straight and body wave. Both thick and good quality. I even but my flat iron on the highest setting and kept running it over the hair. No shedding, no melting.
