This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Excellent quality and unit. The seller was very responsive pertaining to my request for a small cap. Not to mention that I am capable of wearing the hair in half up half down style along with a center and side part should I choose to wear the unit down. I did not colour the hair either! considering it is close to my natural eyebrow colour. Also, the lace is excellent for my skin tone as well. I love this unit and I will be sure to purchase it again!!!!

Okay so I took it out the box it came which was very nice and came with a nice hair clip, I washed and conditioned the hair it had shaded a little but not too much and after I washed it it didn’t shed anymore I then let it air dry and flat ironed it the hair is very soft and has a lot of volume I will be buying another one from this vendor again and the communication was very good it took only like 3-4 days to come here’s.

I give this hair five star because first off I thought it would of came a little later than they said but it came super fast the texture is really good I flat iron it once and didn’t have to again cause the hair bounced right back the way they pre plucked the hair was nice it didn’t look to wiggy so I’ll be sure to buy hair for this vendor again.

The hair is very full , it's so silky soft , you have to dye or hide the knots yourself though . I bought a 20inch and it looks like straightened natural hair. I would recommend the hair for the price.
