This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I have my hair installed and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!!!!!! It's so soft . After flat ironing it it's still soft easy to brush. I did put A black rinse in the hair which it took very well too. I'm super satisfied with the hair. I will order again and again and again!! Thanks so much Wiggins Hair!!

I love this hair, when the hair arrived, it was very pretty and soft. There was no smell, and it was very bouncy and shiny. I washed and conditioned the hair before installing. When installing the hair, the lace melted into my skin so perfectly and the curls lasted a long time. I also straightened the hair and it was beautiful! I love this hair!!! Will be purchasing again!

THIS WIG IS AMAZING!!! and I know this is a huge compliment but the product deserves it! I swimming in this hair and I had little to no shedding and it was still silky soft. The hair came already plucked for the most part and the knots were perfectly bleached for my skin tone! would definitely buy from this vendor AGAIN!

The hair is very full , it's so silky soft , you have to dye or hide the knots yourself though . I bought a 20inch and it looks like straightened natural hair. I would recommend the hair for the price.
