This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This wig is amazing! I'm so happy with my purchase. Communicating with the seller made the process that much better. I needed this for vacation and didn't have a lot of time to receive the wig, but they shipped it out ASAP for me! Overall the wig is great, hair is soft and it was easy to apply with limited work on my part. The wig was beautifully packaged and had no smell or odour.

Very beautiful affordable wig! I was quite pleased. The hair is soft and easy to manage, shedding normal, took well to color, I hot water dipped it to make it jet black, took really well to heat and plucking! Very satisfied with my purchase

Took around a week to come, love love love the hair. all i had to do was bleach the knots a bit more and do some more plucking around the hairline and it’s looking really nice. only downside is that wig is very thin but i like it thin bc it looks a bit more natural when it’s not super full. gotten so many compliments on it already!
