This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I luv my hair. It came in 3 days. Sophie kept in contact with the whole time. Shes a really nice lady. Will definitely purchase from her again. The hair is really soft. Curls on point. Hair have no smell and I was really satisfied. I made the hair to a wig , it is still very bouncy, This was my first wig purchase from this vendor and I received a lot of compliments. Its worth the purchase.

This is the second time I have ordered hair from them ..and the second time I had shipping issues . Someone stole my package ..and Mary was soooo sweet about the whole situation ..as soon as I sent them the case number they shipped me out a reimbursement later on the same day !
My order was almost 200$ and I am beyond happy that it did not go to waste
She always replied promptly to my emails ..and was very patient with me !! Thankyou so much wigginshair

Good hair for the price. I’d say if you take care of the hair you could get 3 sew ins out of it. The smell of the hair wasn’t pleasant and was really strong. Usually after a couple of washes I can get the smell out, but it never went away with this batch. The hair has the prettiest curl pattern I ever seen. If you plan on bleaching the hair expect the curl pattern to loosen. Overall I like the hair and I will be repurchasing.

So i ordered this hair back in November i was scared to use it because i never ordered bundles before as long as i been wearing weave and i must say i love this hair and can’t wait to order more. The natural pattern is really pretty once it gets wet like really don’t have to anything to this hair but slightly wet it and go. The down side of the hair is it sheds to much but overall the hair is pretty.
