This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Great bundles, thick, no smell, little to no shedding and shipped fast! This hair was her 1B/4/27 when I got it and after bleaching it was still soft and thick. I love this hair and it took the red beautifully

This hair is amazing. Very soft, very feathery; like your real hair. No odor or smell and the bundles come so full!!! Not only was I super amazed by the product, but I was very pleased by the communication from the seller, she's such a sweetheart and she made sure I received my package. I ordered it on a Friday and received it in by Tuesday!!! Will be ordering more of this hair probably in 2 days just because! Lol
