Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

When the curls are wet they are gorgeous and when they dry they are just as beautiful! The hair doesn’t shed much, just a little, true to length and density. I recommend this hair!! You get a lot of bang for your buck!! I’ve had this hair approximately 10 days so far so good! I LOVE MY WIG!

the hair came very soft. doesn't really shed that much. it's really full just how i like it. it has the little smell but if you wash it it would come out. it's doesn't tangle. i 've had it for about 5 days and it's still soft.

I’ve had the wig on for 5 days now. It’s still really soft. And it doesn’t tangles an it sheds very little. It had a little smell when it first came but you wash it it comes right out . The communication was fantastic they answered all my questions and let me know what was going on. I love ordering from this company I will be ordering again. I highly recommend this wig.

It’s only been a week and usually with other hair I would have the tangling around the nape area(back of my neck) which I️ hate! That mean the hair is bad and more tangling to come. FYI: I sleep in my wigs. I usually sew them down or use gel. Sleeping in wigs is the real test if it’s good hair. I wouldn’t recommend tight curls because it does cause tangling at the ends. Big bouncy curls work best or just straight. I have gotten so many compliments and stares with this hair like I’m a celebrity! People actually think this hair is coming from my scalp. I have purchased in 2 years. Hands down this is the best! I love the fullness of the hair too. It’s worth the price. A repeat customer here!
