This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

i’ve had this hair in for about 3 weeks now and i have been completely satisfied. shedding is at a minimum and of course as it get older. the curls are soft and manageable and didn’t tangle much unless you go a couple days without brushing of course. proper care with this hair will get you far with it and as stated ahead, i really like this hair. always brush from the ends and work your way up. Love it!

It took a week from the time of order to receive the hair. Had installed this past weekend and have gotten so many compliments! Hair sheds some but won’t know the full extent until I do I first wash. I wet 1 bundle when it first came in and it went back to the original curl pattern. Pleasantly surprised!
