This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Communication is great they answer you right away .The hair itself is soft and very little smell .So far no tangling only had it in for a couple days but I Love it. Okay so my hair arrived in 3 days, no smell, very soft and bouncy! i LOVED the ends they were so full, the wefts looked like it wasn’t gonna be enough but it was! i purchased 18,20,22 and it covered my whole head! The hair arrived quickly, but it went downhill from there. The smell is absolutely nauseating and I cannot get it out. More importantly the closure will be bald in days due to the shedding. This photo is after three finger combs!!
