This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I ordered the hair on October 19th, I just received the hair today, and though I had a hard time receiving the hair, that being on DHL, I am in love with this hair. I absolutely love it, it's soft, and has a nice shine to it. I have yet to install it, but I would recommend this hair to anyone.
