This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I co-washed it and got it installed and my hairstylist immediately told me this was good hair! Shipping was fast and communication made me comfortable. Will purchase again.Mary was amazing!!! She was so on top of everything.I'm very happy with my hair great hair is love it.i bought 4 bundles 18 inch with 16 inch lace frontal.Just used 3 bundles,it is very full.

Acy was so awesome! I just figured out I had a pretty big head and requested for a trick hair bundles and frontal. This is my first ever wig but so far the hair feels so nice and soft. Just like the expensive extensions I've bought before. I have yet to had it customised, haven't had time to go to the salon to do it for me but one I do, I'll upload photos ,I will buy the hair for my sister again.

This was my first time using this store but after reading some of the other reviews, I decided to give it a try. The store I've been ordering from for the past 4 years or so is much more expensive. I wasn't sure if I would like the quality of this hair but I must say, I am very pleased so far. The bundles are full and the hair is lovely . It didn't have a weird smell and came very quickly. I give this hair 5 stars... this hair has no odor, it's true to its length, and it came in 3 days; the lady kept in touch with me through the whole process as well. The only thing that was wrong with this hair was it was a little hard when I took it out of the package but when I co washed it it felt really really soft. This hair can be dyed. I dyed this hair a light brown color and it took the very first time I did it. A also received eyelashes.
