This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

so far so good! super soft. curls bounced back even after i washed the frontal and bundles. frontal takes as great as i had hoped after 45mins, and no big issues. Frontal is kinda big so i definitely recommend measuring exactly where u plan on cutting around your ears. Will definitely order again

I ordered 20 22 24 26'' 16 frontal on a Friday and it was delivered on a Tuesday. I co-washed the hair while it was still wrapped and let it air dry. The frontal was PERFECTION I only had to customize it due to my hairline being weird.The hair is absolutely gorgeous . I plan on wearing it to the Grand Canyon and Miami in few weeks because it is super light. I will be ordering again because of the service and quality of the hair.

I bought 4 24” and a 20” frontal I overprocessed the frontal so I bought a closure and did bands instead. I flat ironed the hair for the bangs and I’m going to leave it like that until I get a new frontal. Hopefully the curls come back though.
