Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Ordered hair last Monday, and arrived this Monday today, so it took exactly 1 week to arrive. I got 3 20inch bundles and a frontal. I was a little iffy about ordering hair online, because this was my first time, but Mary made the process so much easier. She communicated and gave me updates almost every day, and made sure I was going to get it. If I could order hair from only one vendor the rest of my life, it would definitely be Mary. I will post pictures of the hair installed on Thursday.
