This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I love my hair. It didn’t have a smell and I immediately made a wig with this hair. The curl pattern on this hair is unbelievable!!! And the frontal matches the bundles amazingly. Shedding is at a bare minimum and tangling is surprisingly manageable. Customer service was also very good. We stayed in communications the entire process. I will definitely be ordering more hair.

Omg this hair is beautiful!! Shipping was fast even when one of the flights had an delay, it came within 4 days. (Ordered Monday night got it Thursday Morning) I have installed the hair really pretty, no shedding at all, I got a little tangling but thats normal for curly hair it is also very easy to manage, i wet it and use my fingers through it every two days, i love the hair, will update more pictures later!

So Ive had this hair for 4 days (made a unit) and the hair has been decent. I.T was easy to pluck the closure, didnt need to bleach the knots, just used foundation. The hair is really soft and minimal shedding, Closure is same texture with bundles, I would highly recommend this hair though. Maintenance is easy. Ill add additional feedback after about two months with this unit on.
