Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement

Ordered 6 bundles of hair on. The bundles are full and thick from weft to ends. I ordered the hair on Wednesday and received it on Friday. The vendor Mary was great in how she was reassuring from start to finish. She was able to answer my question and reassuring me on my concerns, immediately after messaging her each time. the hair is super soft and full. I'm so loving it and the bundles are longer than they say they are. I'm definitely going to buy this hair again. I have also dealt with this vendor a few times and I'm never disappointed!

I generally don’t leave feedback for hair I buy on website store because most haven’t be good enough to review. I buy hair often from different vendors and there is always something wrong with the hair. The last few have shed really bad or become a tangled messed. To my surprise, I was very impressed with this hair. The hair was soft out of the package (which all are at first) but was also true to length (I always measure the hair to see if I got scammed on length for paying more than what I really received). Not only was it true to length, the ends were thick. The bundles were also very short in length which made me nervous that it wouldn’t be enough to make my wig. However, the bundles are double weft, so even though they are short, they are thick. I still used like 3 of the bundles and the wig came out very thick. The double weft should also help with shedding which has been very minimal so far. Overall I really like this hair.

First off, I LOVE this hair! The hair came super fast, it is SOO soft and true to length. I got it made into a wig and the person who made it was asking where I got such nice hair from.
