This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I just received my hair today and I open my hair and the first thing I noticed was the ends they were full. I ran my fingers through there was some shedding. Shipping was very fast very satisfied with that. . first time ordering their curly hair and I’m very satisfied about their curly hair

The hair is very soft, there is minimal shedding with every bundle, the closure shedded a little more than the the bundles when I cowashed it. The hair came quickly, I ordered on Thursday and it came Tuesday. I will be dying this hair and making it into a unit, will post an update when I do.

This is excellent hair very soft and manageable and price is affordable.the hair is SO beautiful. The curl pattern is amazing, when i sleep i will take loose braid with this hair make sure no tangle, and this way keep wave really useful! every morning use conditoner mixed water can keep the hair shinny wholeday! really happy would recommend to everyone.It was a very happy shopping
