This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I really like this hair, you just have to keep the ends moisturized. When I opened the hair and ran my fingers through it and no tangle. It doesn't shed much (you shouldn’t brush curly hair, just run fingers through). I just washed it and curl pattern was better than it came! Just make sure you focus on the ends though. Curly hair is high maintanace.

I used my hair to make a unit and I am so in love with the outcome . The hair is so soft , minimum shedding , NO SMELL ! The curl pattern is amazing as well .
