This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I ordered this hair from China during Chinese New Year and the seller changed my order to have it shipped from the US . I made my first wig out of it and i couldn’t be more satisfied. the hair had no smell. will order from them again.

I just had this hair installed yesterday and it is going to take some getting used to because I’ve never had straight hair installed before. But I like the outcome. Still soft smells nice since I co washed it. Sheds but not horribly.

The hair is so soft & doesn’t tangle. I even bleached the knots & the hair was still soft. Doesn’t have a lot of shine looks very natural. I’m very happy I found this hair.

The hair came super fast, It was silky it didnt smell weird and after i washed it, it still didnt shed and went back bone straight without even flat ironing it. It had a few orange strands that i did not like but it was ok i just plucked it, the frontal was full and I have no complaints so far I will be ordering again for sure

I really like this hair for the price.. it does snag a bit in the back but typically you can comb it out with out much hassle... it holds a curl ok you will need some holding spray I like L'Oréal elnett holding spray.. I've been wearing this for about a month I will take it out soon and save it for fall where I'm gonna cut into s nice bob.. anyways hair is worth the price communication is pretty good with vendor..
