This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is soft and the lace frontal is also very nice. The hair DO NOT SHED , and VERY FAST shipping. It took 3 working days to get it. I have wore the hair 3 weeks. It really nice and Softs. I LOVE THIS HAIR WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN !

I really like this hair for the price.. it does snag a bit in the back but typically you can comb it out with out much hassle... it holds a curl ok you will need some holding spray I like L'Oréal elnett holding spray.. I've been wearing this for about a month I will take it out soon and save it for fall where I'm gonna cut into s nice bob.. anyways hair is worth the price communication is pretty good with vendor..
