This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair came quicker then expected I ordered it on monday and got the hair on Thursday. The hair is really soft and has no strange smell. The seller was really nice and good communication she managed to help me change the hair due to ordering the wrong length. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be buying this again.

I really like this hair for the price.. it does snag a bit in the back but typically you can comb it out with out much hassle... it holds a curl ok you will need some holding spray I like L'Oréal elnett holding spray.. I've been wearing this for about a month I will take it out soon and save it for fall where I'm gonna cut into s nice bob.. anyways hair is worth the price communication is pretty good with vendor..
