This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I purchased my hair on the 25 and got it today the shipping was good. This is my first time ordering from this company and I like how the hair is soft and bouncy. I got a 18 inch closer and a 22(2),24 inch bundles true to length. I’ll show pictures when installed.
