This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Great hair. The hair is soft and full. This is 3 bundles and a closure. I can’t speak for shedding yet because I made this into a wig and won’t wear it too much. But the customer service is excellent. This was the first of 2 orders I placed. This hair was so nice I went right ahead and order the deep wave.
