This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is AMAZING! Extremely soft. No smell upon opening. And no shedding. The shipping was great as well. 3 days is all it took. Co washing the hair was great, still no shedding and it maintained its luster. I’ve gotten so many compliments and I’ve sent soooo many referrals. This hair is everything I’ll definitely be back
