This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

It’s the second Time that i bought this hair and its absolutely gorgeous. People keeps on telling me how much it looks beautiful on me. it is really soft and all. And the delivery was so fast it came to me in fourth days. You guys should all buy it if your looking for a beautiful weave.

Well the hair is soft and long, it came really fast like about 3 days to Unite state. But I think it’s not that think . It does shed a little. But I’m lovin the wig for now.Had to pflock the hair to make a parting. hope the wig will still look good in a month

Hair came quick! it looks thick and soft. Definately will order again. Great price so far hair is nice with no shedding. Customer service is excellent! I got 22", and I lightly wanded hair to see how well it took a curl. Overall I'm happy with my purchase

So far I love this unit, it straighten and hold curls well. The lace is nice, I haven’t bleached it yet. But I will be soon to blend more with my skin tone. Minimal shedding. Somewhat tangled but it’s normal. Did have a slight weird smell to it but nothing bad. Also I plan on dying the hair, so I will leave additional feed back once I do. Side note: Natural texture is beautiful, after I straighten them washed it, it went right back to normal!

Delivery and communication were phenomenal !!i received my hair in 3 days !! When I received it it was fairly dry and got tangled. But after washing everything seems fine . Hair is true to length and heavy just like I like it !! I curled one piece and it looked like it took very well but I will leave more feedback as time goes. So far so good !!!! Next I will try there full lace unit.

Went to the shop to get a full lace install, had it for about a week and i absolutely love it. Light shedding once it’s dry, but not bizarre. Do not brush or comb when it is dry, i use a bote with hot water mixed with OGX conditioner. Seller was wonderful to me and would love to continue business with him. Shipping was ok I guess
