This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I found that the hair was really good quality soft and looked exactly like the picture nice and wavy. It's quality is good, minimum shedding. it got here in a timely manner as usual. but the only problem is I had a bit of a smell but overall I really love my hair.I would order from you again.

The seller was very kind and answered all the questions that I had in regards to the hair. The hair was very nice when I got it and actually smelled really nice. Usually when I buy hair from China it has this weird smell to it but this hair didn't. I co washed the hair before I made it into a wig. There was little to no shedding and no tangles and the ends of the hair was thick and not thin.
