This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Ordered this hair Tuesday received it Thursday. The hair was so soft and light weight and full as well. Pattern changed a little after putting water on it. No smell and minimal shedding. I made this into a lace closure wig with the inches10 10 10 10and a 10 inch closure. So far the hair is amazing!

Received the hair in about 3 days. Customer service was great.. The Hair came quickly I purchase 20,20,22,22, The hair had no smell the bundles was full. Love the hair, it colored perfectly. The hair is wonderful and Mary is always very helpful. Will be ordering again soon!

I'm writing this review after wearing the wig for 2 weeks.It still looks AMAZING.I am so in love with this hair!!! This is the best hair I have ever had. 100% human hair for sure. the wig is very Nice, I ran my hands through it and did not get any shedding. I did spray the inside with knot sealer after I ran my hands through hair so I do not get any shedding.I will post more photos after I install. This company gets a 10 stars from me.

First off let me just say The prices are everything it was so reasonable & The hair feel so nice and it’s definitely true to length , she communicated the whole process , it even came in pretty nails and eyelashes, the lace closure is very full and the shipping only took 3 business days it came so fast I ordered it on Friday and got my package on a Tuesday love it I will definitely be ordering again !!!
