This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I've just received my hair. I haven't installed it yet, only touched it. So far so good. Thank you very much. I'm very saticfied with the inches of lace on the closer. That was one thing I was worried about because I like full lace products or as much as possible for the most natural look. I just wanted to try this hair one more bundle would've made this perfect for the thickness I like. Thanks.
