This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is great. I deep conditioned the hair before installation and it was even softer. I have washed and conditioned it several times since installation and every time it comes back to the consistency it was before. I will order again.

My package got here three day after I ordered which was amazing.The quality of the hair was amazing soft and jet black.Only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the hair but overall it was great.shipping was super fast and this is what is look like after I co-wash the hair because of the smell and use conditioner and oil on the hair it look great.
