This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I just had this hair installed yesterday and it is going to take some getting used to because I’ve never had curl hair installed before. But I like the outcome. Still soft smells nice since I co washed it. Sheds but not horribly, that's okay, you know our own hair also shed, right?

It was pretty soft hair and didn’t itch my scalp for the first time ever. even through a cap most wigs still itch me and this hair didn’t and I didn’t wash the bundles, and install it, when wear it on, don't itch my scalp, wow, best invest.
