This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

the hair is very soft. it doesn’t smell at all that’s a plus. only thing is i should have order 18 , 20 22 22& 18 inches so it can be longer. but i’m very satisfied. once i get it installed i’ll post a picture.

It’s sheds a just a little when brushing but not much at all. I made this into a wig so that it will last longer.
