This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I’m very excited and happy about this hair! The communication was great and shipping was extra fast I received the hair within 3-4 days of ordering. The bundles are thick, the hair is gorgeous. It does shed a little but it’s what you’d expect from any type of good hair so it’s minimal shedding. The hair is very soft and all I have to do is put water and conditioner on it and that makes the hair beautiful which lasts all day. I’d definitely purchase from them again!
