This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

hair arrived in 4 days to Louisiana. the hair overall is soft and doesn’t get stiff EVER. used 3 and a half bundles to make a wig. the curls hold very good. I would definitely recommend this hair! this was my first order and will NOT be my last order. also when bleaching the knots it gives the “what lace” look. #RealReview

It does shed a little but it’s what you’d expect from any type of good hair so it’s minimal shedding. The hair is very soft and all I have to do is put water and conditioner on it and that makes the hair beautiful which lasts all day. I’d definitely purchase from them again!
