This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I have had this hair for a few weeks now and i absolutely love it ! I have had it pressed out and when i was ready for washed it the bundles curled right back up. Minimal shedding still no smell and no shrinkage.

I ordered the hair July 22 and it came July 23. The hair is true to its length. The hair feels very soft and thick. The communication with the vendor was great. I haven’t installed the hair yet but I will give an update on how long it lasted and did it shed a lot. The hair is really shiny. The packaging was okay could have been better.
