This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is thick and gorgeous. The length is true. This is my second purchase. I purchased straight last month and body wave hair this month. The seller is amazing. She communicate with me through the whole process. It has no smell or shedding. I will be installing the hair Wednesday afternoon so I’ll give more updates. Highly recommend this seller. Always satisfied with beautiful princess hair!! This hair is very soft, thick , it’s true to length, doesn’t have a bad smell like most vendors, and have little no none shedding!!! This hair curls perfect and bleach perfect as well!! If you wash and condition your hair every 2 weeks your hair should last way longer!!
