This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I am in love with this hair! Its extremely soft, no strong smell, and it doesnt shed. I haven't installed but i have shampooed it and it kept the wave and didnt tangle or shed. I cant wait to install this hair in my head.

I got the bundles 20 22 22.The hair came in pretty nice packaging in a small box. Even came with little gifts. The hair is very soft, curls are nice, and had no smell to the hair. I obviously haven’t installed yet but I’m not seeing shedding as of yet. Love it.

I receive the hair today. It is beautiful and very soft. It had a slight smell but I bought hair from a local distributor as well which had a smell too. My stylist likes the hair, she commented on how soft it is during the install. It is no tangle and minimum shedding just like my own hair. So far so good.
