This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I'm giving this 5 starts because I am very satisfied so far with the hair. The customer service and delivery was great. The hair came in this cute little package and I got some free eyelashes . It didn't have any funny odor and is very soft and silky. I got the three part 16 closure and 18 18 20 bundles. Love it! I had a little shedding because I cut the weft but so far I am happy with this purchase and will order again in the future.

Extremely fast shipping, the hair was soft and did have a smell to it but once i co-washed it and let it air dry it went away.No shedding maybe 2 strands of hair which is nothing! The curl pattern after the was was still pretty.

I love this hair and for the price I love it even more, the hair barely sheds and it's so soft and full. I ordered the 3bundles with a 16 closure and it was enough. I still have a little bit left. I just washed it and let it air dry....and the hair is still soft plus the wave pattern came back! Definitely ordering again
