Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I cannot explain how much I am in LOVE with this HAIR !!!! This wig is giving me life in all directions!!!! It is able to be put in a ponytail if done properly !!! It’s soft, luxurious, and beautiful!!!!! The best part was the communication because they made sure I was satisfied through the whole process. They take care of you to the fullest. The product came in literally 2 DAYS !!!!! Will definitely come back for longer inches !!!!!! Will post later whenever I install !!
