Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The hair is gorgeous, and soft to the touch. I did expect the wig to be a bit thicker than it appeared in the pictures but the wig is still very soft. I would recommend this.

Came pretty quick, hair is soft, no real shedding.. I bleached the knots, dyed the hair black, & plucked more. The only issue I had with it was the density. It’s a lil too thin for my liking. But other than that it was alright.

Very glad I ordered this wig. Construction is very good (although not quite sure yet how to work the ear tabs), the hair is great quality - true to length, healthy lustre/not shiny, soft and flowing. I ordered 180% density which on first view is a little lighter in density than I expected (but is a very natural density) - but I will get a better view once installed. For the price, this is a great wig and excellent customer service - the best I have received from a wig company. I definitely recommend you purchase this wig.
