Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I really love this wig, it's so light weight and the adjustable bands make it easy to fit on my head. I straightened the hair and it's stil so soft with a lot of movement to it. The company was also very cordial and nice during the process. Shipping was the fastest I've ever seen.

I received the wig pretty quickly. My first impression was that the hair was really soft, and it looked layered. I got a 10 inch, and it looked a little longer, so I got it cut. It looks and feels very natural. But overall this was a great buy. And I plan to order again.

The seller contacted me and clarified all my doubts and even gave me advice on how to take care of my hair without having asked for it. I received the hair and I am in love with it. Love the hair ,no shedding, smell was very light, preplucked but I plan on plucking the front a little more, darkening the part a little more and thinning the baby hairs a little more. This was my first time ordering and installing a wig on myself I would definitely order again.

The hair looked great initially but I chose to wash it upon delivery and that’s when I noticed a lot of split ends , not just some here and there but ALOT. Was dissatisfied as the company has really good reviews.
