This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This hair is so beautiful! It’s so soft and silky and very flexible. I ordered 18 inches with a small cap. It fits well and is still very silky after I dyed it. I did pluck my middle part more.

The hair looked great initially but I chose to wash it upon delivery and that’s when I noticed a lot of split ends , not just some here and there but ALOT. Was dissatisfied as the company has really good reviews.

Wig came in less than a week. I was really surprised with how fast it was. I did MINIMAL customisation to the wig and installed it myself. There are some short hairs in the frontal but this is to be expected. This thickness is PERFECT! I’m so happy with this. And I will definitely reccomend and purchase again

This hair is the best I have ever had period. It is true to length and density and is so soft. The natural colour and straight texture is amazing and it has no factory smell whatsoever. I would definitely purchase from this vendor again. The commutation was on point and the vendor is very reliable!

The wig is very soft and silky. I got a 24in and it was very true to length but I wish the wig was a little bit fuller but overall it’s a nice wig. It did have a smell to the hair though and I wasn’t to fond that I had to pick my package up from a local Walgreens...that was different.

This unit came in less than a week. Very light weight. With a bit of customization, wig can look great. Lace is too light for my skin though. The lace is very light weight but not exactly transparent. Overall it was a good buy.

The hair is soo good. It’s so soft and holds a very nice curl. When you straighten the hair it gets bone silky straight. The wig never looks puffy or messy hairstyle lasts all day . The lace blends right into your scalp. I bleached and dyed the hair and it was still so soft. I’ve had the wig for like 5 moths now.
