This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Love! This! Wig! I wear it pretty much everyday and it’s still in beautiful shape. The hair is super soft and the hairline is very very natural looking. I did go in and do a little more plucking, though.
