This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I wanted to wait to give the feedback so I could give an honest review .. the hair is very soft * still is * , the hair sheds very little to none , no tangles , & the seller has very good communication skills , she communicated when it was going to be shipped out & when it would be at my house , she was very kind and texted back almost immediately !! thank you so much wiggins hair !!

This hair is beautiful!! I love it soooo much. It's been two weeks and it is still phenomenal. Silky straight!! There is minimum shedding which is to be expected when dealing with hair. I just feel it's more noticeable because of the length. No shedding from the top or closure.
