This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I Have received the hair in 4 days, c'était very fast! The hair is so soft, even after the have washed and dyed (very black) then dried, the hair is so beautiful I will use them to make a ponytail. Stilling communication with the seller!

The hair feels really good, no sleep and no shedding. The hair is perfect. It’s nice and silky. I did have to double the tracks to make it thicker which is fine. I turned them into clip in tracks. I got the hair within 2 day which is great. It was packaged well.
